What Exactly Does boarding @ Windward Include and Entail?
Your dog needs to be friendly with other dogs as he / she will be living with them in our home. The dogs spend a few hours outdoors every morning and spend the rest of the day indoors with us, including at night. A dog walker comes in every morning to take them out for a half an hour walk.
He / she will get brushed down everyday. However if you require a bath before chekout, please do schedule a grooming. You can see our grooming packages here.

Let's Meet Up
I would like to meet you and your dog before accepting a boarding request. A trial run is always a good idea before the final day.
Schedule your Dates!
If all goes well, schedule your boarding dates. Pick up and drop off times are between 10-12 am and 4.30-6.30 pm.
Pet Requirements
must have up to date vaccination and medical records
Please ensure that your pet is upto date with vaccination and deworming. Please provide information on any medical conditions to watch out for and. Any medication that your et is on must be provided with full details on the purpose of the medication and how it is to be administered.
Must be protected for ticks and fleas
My home is multi dog household with access to the outdoors. Your pet mst be protected for ticks and fleas. Do speak to your vet in advance for tick and flea protection.
Must be dog friendly
As mentioned earlier, your pet will be living with my family which includes eight of the fur legged variety. So, being dog firendly is a must! If you are unsure, a trial run will give us an idea.
You can also book socialisation sessions with my dogs where you dog will get introduced to multiple dogs one at a time. Click ere to see more about socialisation.
Please provide any bedding or toys that your pet is especially attached to
Sometimes it helps to have something familiar. If your pet is very attached to something, please do bring it along with you.

These are some pictures of a few dogs that have stayed with us and some of my own. As you can see, they are very much rule our home!
I’ve been working with dogs for decades and as you can see all of us at home enjoy having them around.
In addition, I am a trained veterinary nurse, so if there is a crisis, I know just what to do.
